Established in 2000, Dongguan Xingyue Electronic Co. Ltd has been specializing in electronics gift manufacturing for more than 15 years. Meanwhile, its sister company, Dongguan Xingyu Silicone Co. Ltd is a professional producer of silicone products. We have our factory that occupies an area of more than 5,000 square meters and is operated by over 700 staff.

We have professional quality control person and our own laboratory to ensure the product quality and passing the reliability test. Before the mass production, we need to got the golden sample which approved by customer for checking and the MP product will have a reliability test.

Equal Employment Opportunity/Non-discrimination

We do not utilize child labor in the production of any product. We do not employ any person under the age of 15 (or 14 where local law allows), or the age at which compulsory schooling has ended, whichever is greater.
Policy on Hours of Labour
We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law, or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular work week. Overtime, when necessary, is fully compensated according to local law, or at a rate at least equal to the regular hourly compensation rate if there is no legally prescribed premium rate. Employees are permitted reasonable days off (at least one day off in every seven-day period) and leave privileges.

Policy on Commercial Bribery
